I am a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, working mainly in Hebden Bridge, Todmorden to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)  for homes that are on the market or are being rented.
An EPC can show how much money you would save by installing a new boiler, internal insulation etc. You can find out if you would save more by upgrading your heating system or by installing solar PV. You don't have to be selling your home to benefit from an energy survey. EPC surveys for £50
